SOFTWARE TECHNICAL SUPPORT REP
Position is located in Brainerd, MN and there is no remote work available. This position must be stationed in the local physical location.

The Technical Support Rep will provide quality, personalized support on a daily basis. The primary function is assisting customers with support, introducing new products or functionality and most importantly creating and maintaining the excellent relationships that are the foundation of our success. The Customer Success department is the face of the company and our enthusiastic Software Technical Support Reps are exceptional communicators.
