Maintenance Lead

POSITION SUMMARY:

Maintenance Lead will work directly with production lead personnel and manufacturing engineering to ensure completion of maintenance requirements. This will be accomplished by responding to equipment breakdowns and managing a preventive maintenance schedule.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• None

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Mechanical and electrical repair of production equipment and facilities
• Mechanical repair of production tooling and fixturing
• Establish and maintain a preventive maintenance schedule
• Lead Maintenance Techs and develop their maintenance skills
• Verify maintenance documentation is being followed (work orders)
• Keep work areas clean and organized
• Promote positive and productive working environment
• Participate in Continuous Improvement Initiatives
• Other duties as assigned

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

• Experienced with rotational molding and assembly tooling and equipment
• Good organizational skills, self-motivated, flexible, and able to prioritize.
• Additional skills as deemed necessary such as machining, welding, and electrical

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Technical school degree or equivalent
